I'm 32 year old professional in tech but also going to columbia for my Masters in Film. I'm someone who you'd want to open a bottle of wine/beer/gummy and popcorn on spontaneous netflix nights where we can dissect the hell out of the movie or remain in complete and total silence sitting comfortably next to each other.

I am particular about keeping the house and my space clean (not OCD or type A about it) but believe that a clean space makes me feel better. Certainly a top priority for me.
I also would want to call in a cleaning lady ( I know a fantastic one within the budget) every 3-4 weeks cos it just makes life easier and cleaner for all of us.

Given I'm in school I'm not hosting folks for brunch or lunch usually end up meeting outside but have no issues with my roommates really doing whatever they want cos it's their home.
