Spacious 3-BR apartment with beautifully decorated private room available for move in September 1st. With a fully renovated modern kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors and high ceilings, this eclectic and clean artist space is filled with interesting things, and is just steps away from the subway. Rent is $1400.00 a month, with all utilities included. I'm looking for a responsible person, with proof of income, clean and organized, looking to rent month by month, with the possibility of long term stay. The apartment is ready with everything you might need, from fully equipped kitchen, to linens, towels, etc. Rent includes: fully furnished apartment, plus high speed internet, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, cable, phone (landline), gas, electricity, water. All you need to bring is yourself and your personal belongings. There's plenty of closet space in all rooms. The blue room has a super comfortable full-size bed, a large closet, 2 nightstands, a bookshelf, TV, fan, study desk and office chair. Half a block away there are several laundromats, bodegas, supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies and restaurants (mostly Dominican). The 1 train is just around the corner, less than half a block away. Only 15 minutes away from Columbia university, door to door. No dogs allowed, but if you have a super cute well behaved cat, I would welcome both of you.
You'd be sharing the apartment with a lovely 27-year-old Italian girl who's arriving this summer to do her PHD. I'm only at the apartment once a week, so you'll barely see me.
