I’m looking for a roommate for spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Bayside NY.
You would be rooming with me. Im 32 years old and work in the medical field in Bayside.
I’m quiet & clean and just go about my business. No crazy rules. Just no smoking cigarettes in the apartment!
Bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room room are shared. If you have don’t have kitchenware I have no problem sharing things of that kind! Mugs, pots/pans, utensils,plates etc.
Utilities come out to be an extra $145 in the summer and about $100 in the winter. That is the WiFi/con Ed combo.
Guests are welcomed but please be considerate of me is all I ask and I will do the same :)
