Candace Q - $1,750/month

Hi, I’m Candace! I am looking for 1-2 roommates to apartment hunt for an August 1 move in. I am looking to live anywhere below midtown. East village, west village/chelsea or Williamsburg would be ideal but am open to any option :) My budget is $1750/month at most.

About me: I will be working in the financial services industry, so probably around 40-60 hours a week. I am super chill, laid back, outgoing and respectful. I love to cook/bake, watch tv/movies, play around with art, jam out to music, thrift, read, and staying active. I love grabbing drinks, coffee or hit happy hours and go out on the weekends but i also enjoy staying in and binging tv from time to time. I am just moving to the city this year so I am looking to be friends with my roommate so we can explore the city, do fun stuff and have wine nights together but I am also very aware of the importance of personal space. I am clean and organized but i don't mind mess so its not really a big deal breaker for me if the apartment is messy from time to time. I respect common spaces and clean up after myself, and hope for the same.

Basically, I’m a fun-loving but peaceful young professional who doesn’t take life too seriously, so if you think we would be a good fit, I would love to hear from you :))
