Hi,
I am seeking a roommate to rent a shared space in my one bedroom apt where I live alone.
The living room will be your designated living space and only your space.
I will have to pass your area to get to my room.
You will have access to common areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
WiFi included in rent.
Must clean up after yourself and maintain your space.
Must have a job and proof of income in order to move in.
First months rent and security deposit are due in order to move in unless we make another arrangement.
