I'm planning to stay somewhere near Manhattan from March 8th to June 1st because of the internship in New York University.

Can you please confirm your accommodation is available and advise when can you show it? (It would be good for me to visit there this friday or saturday.)

Before we proceed our payment, I'd like to know if the Laundry is free and there's additional charge for utilities.

Lastly, it would be helpful if you could provide a video of your house.
