I've recently moved to New York, I work as a content creator and I'm looking for a well lit, spacious, aesthetic, furnished room as I do most of my filming at home.

I'm easy to get along, barely cook so you won't catch me in the kitchen very often, I'm tidy and do not smoke.
Happy to find a roommate and become friends but also happy with each of us keeping to our own space.
I like doing my editing in coffee shops or at libraries so I don't work from home every day .

I don't have pets with me in New York but I adore cats!

I'm queer, eco conscious, recycle, love thrifting and eat plant based.

I'm looking for a room around Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Williamsburg areas but also open to areas in or near Murray Hill or Chelsea.
