Hey! Moved from California (grew up in SD, school in OC/LA, work in SF) to NYC for work. I'll be in the 30 Rockefeller Midtown office from Tues-Thurs. Flexible WFH on Mondays and Fridays. Weekends off.

No furniture but down to share/split costs for new furniture.
Ideally looking for a 2BR (maybe 3) in the Middle/Lower and/or West side of Manhattan, close to a convenient subway stop, with a 1yr lease.

I'm a very clean roommate who also enjoys having a decent social life. I enjoy working out and being physically active with sports hobbies. Other interests include meeting new people, drinking, exploring the city, comedy shows, concerts, museums, etc. Looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle, vibe, and to be friendly with (can pig out watching shows together after work). I have no pets but love dogs (and some cats, can discuss if you have pets). I'm straight, but friendly to LGBTQ+ roommates.
