Hello! I'm Sean, and I'm looking for one or two roommates in NYC. I graduated from CMU last spring, have been living in Brooklyn since last August, and am searching for a new place for this upcoming July. Hopefully looking for a place with a private bath, somewhere within ~30 minutes of FiDi.

I enjoy reading (especially fantasy/science fiction), listening to music, playing grand strategy games, and trivia, and I work out and run to try to stay fit. I also spend a lot of time having conversations with friends about history, politics, technology, or whatever else strikes our fancy.

I'm looking to expand my circle and make friends in the city, and would definitely love any roommate(s) to be part of that. While I enjoy a good conversation, I also value quiet time and typically try to wind down early on weekdays.
