Aman S - $3,000/month

Hey guys!

I currently live in an apartment on 49 and tenth in a 2 bedroom and my roomate is moving out at the end of may - I am looking for someone to take over his lease starting June 1st.

A few details on the apartment - it is large (~1100 square feet), the room you'll get will easily fit a king size bed alongside a full size couch and desk if you want. The living room is very big too, and there is a separate kitchen. The bathroom is a little small but functional. There is also a third room that my roomate and I use as a home office (this office is directly connected to your room). Additionally, we'll have the whole floor to ourselves!

A few details about me - I am a business consultant working with EY. Im 22 years old, a graduate of Umich. I tend to keep to myself and keep clean. I enjoy going out on weekends and will always let you know beforehand if I am having people over.

The rent for this has been 2100 per person this past year plus utilities (which usually add up to around 100 dollars a month for gas and internet). Im unsure if the landlords are gonna increase the rent.
