Brandon T - $800/month

I'm recently coming off a relationship in which I lived with my SO and its quite sudden and needing a place asap! I'm a reserved guy, love playing games and cooking. Most of my time is spent at work. I would like a roommate where we could eventually be friends, do meals together but still have our space. Not too crazy on cleanliness but I do my part and would expect the same. Not too early of a sleeper but also like to chill when it's late.
