Hey there , my name is Vladimir. I'm a 27 (28 next month,) father to a 5 year old son. I live with my fiancé (Vanessa), my son (Logan) and my friend Kyle. Kyle has an adorable dog named Guts (Character from Berserk Anime) he's a pit/lab/great Dane mix, my son has 2 guinea pigs; Mocha and Yumi. We all spend most our time watching anime downstairs, or gaming in our rooms.

Standard 10x10 room, with a sliding closet, you have direct access to 1Gig Fiber internet. There's AC/Heating in the house. Access to washer and dryer (The Washer throws a fit once in a while.) I have a home gym which you're welcome to use at your leisure. You'll be sharing a fridge with the other roomate (Kyle), and sharing a restroom (Kyle has his own, we share the second upstairs one, but there's one downstairs too.) My backyard is literally attached to a park, which has a track and all sorts of other things. We live in a cul-de-sac, which is pretty rad, but we're 2 blocks away from all sorts of stores and restaurants. Utilities are included in the $600 a month, so it's basically a flat rate. All I ask it for a $200 deposit, and the $600 to move in. Bam! Easy.
