Hi! Looking for a short term roommate!
I currently live in a building downtown right by the farmers market. My roommate is moving out either January or February so I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the lease until October 2023. Move in date would have to flexible.
Our current rent is about $2750 before electric and internet. We have an amazing few, great floorplan, and brand new finishes (new build).
I work from home 3 days a week and travel for work at least once a month (usually only a few days). I also have a white dog that sheds A LOT.
