Very big on work. I work full time so most days you will have the place to yourself. I love cooking, reading, smoking, and of course watching TV. If smoking is an issue I can always do my thing outside. I would love to have a roommate that I can also be friends with but I am more reserved at first till a person gets to know me. Very clean and down to help you with things if you ever need. Probably will rarely have people over unless its on weekends and even then it will only be 1 or 2 friends at most.
