Hello everyone! I’m going to be new to the Dallas area and moving there next month, looking to have a lease starting in late November or sometime in December. I’ll be working in dowtown so hoping for an apartment as close as possible to work but not necessarily right in downtown

I’d like to spend around 1,000-1,300 a month ( up to 2,600 combined) would consider a little more for a seriously nice place.

I’m a pretty laid back guy, into sports and like going out on days off. I keep my living and common space clean but a little mess from time to time isn’t the end of the world. Message me if your interested!
