I am a high school teacher living northeast of Dallas in a small 3 bed 2 bath house. Bedroom currently being used as storage. I have one dog (small, male, wire haired jack Russell terrier, 8 years old, gets along well with most other animals). I have a large backyard with little time to pay attention to, but plenty of space for pets. I am allergic to cats and cannot have one living with me, but I’m open to discussing any other pet situations. My house also has a dog door and I leave my dog in my bedroom with access to the door and backyard when I’m at work. I’d prefer to start on a month-to-month basis until it is established we live well together. At that time a longer arrangement can be discussed. Inquire for any other details.

Bedroom for Rent starting December 22-January 23
3 bed, 2 bath house. Newly renovated kitchen. (As of December 2021). Large back yard with wooden fence. Bedroom available is roughly 10’x7’ with well working ceiling fan and high ceilings (10’-12’ ceilings). Room can be either fully furnished or left empty depending on the needs of the renter. Guest bathroom has a rain shower head and contains a large shower. Bathroom detached from the bedroom (less than 10 feet down the hall) and also contains the laundry closet (shared space). Shared spaces include living room (fully furnished), guest bathroom/laundry closet, and 3rd bedroom study (newly renovated as of July 2022). Must be ok with my one small dog, no cats (I’m allergic). Willing to negotiate including utility bills with rent payment.
Included Amenities: built in chef if you offer to wash dishes, dog door with backyard access, can be fully furnished or unfurnished, includes access to Netflix, HBO Max, hulu, peacock plus, paramount plus, and starz.
