Looking for roommate(s) to fill 2BR 1BR share

My partner and I are renting out two bedrooms in our amazing fully furnished 3 floor brownstone in Harlem. The sublease would be for 1 year only. January 2019-end of December 2019. Rent includes, fully furnished bedroom, full bathroom, washer dryer in unit, huge kitchen, and several shared living spaces. My partner and I have 2 other roommates that have their own rooms and full bathrooms. It doesn't even feel like they live with us most times since the apartment has 3 floors. They are young female professionals. We are seeking somebody that is communicative, neat and responsive.

Rent: for each bedroom 1200; 2000 if you would like to rent both bedrooms together
Utilities: 50-85 a month
