The apartment is in a converted warehouse in prime Williamsburg, 8 minutes from the L at Bedford ave and moments from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. East River State park is moments away and the area is walkable to Greenpoint and McCarren Park (with an amazing Saturday Farmer's Market!).

The apartment is bright and open, fully furnished with big windows and lots of plants. The building has free laundry on each floor, a secure mail room, and an incredible roof with views of Manhattan. The room is fully furnished with a bed, side table and dressers. Utilities are included in the rent.

The roommates are three professional women in their late 20's, working in finance, photo production and film editing. Roommates are always up for a chat and a shared bottle of wine in the common space but also respect each other's private time. The apartment is kept pretty clean and everyone pitches in to tidy up after themsevles, and are pretty relaxed about using the space -- have friends over whenever (after social-distancing is over!), work from the living room, make art and play music!

Available from August 15th or Sept 1 (rent will be pro-rated for a mid-month move in)

The room is furnished with a bed, side table, and dressers but these can be removed if you have your own stuff!
