I’m looking for a roommate with whom I can find and share a 2 bedroom in upper Manhattan. I need to move by January 31, but could be flexible for a lease as early as January 15. I am friendly, respectful, and very clean. I have 2 sweet and adorable cats, Artemis and Athena. I’m looking for someone also clean and respectful, and possibly someone who’d like to have an occasional meal or similar together. Must be cat friendly, but please no other pets. I’d like to find a place with a good kitchen as I cook nearly all my meals and a place with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. I’ve already looked a bit at what’s available in Wash Heights, Hamilton, etc and there are several potentially good options for under $2500/month (so no more than $1250 each). LGBTQ+ friendly. I like to have a friend or 2 over for dinner/to watch a movie from time to time but I don’t like to have raging parties, so I’d like someone similar. Occasional overnight guests are fine (family, significant others, etc), just let me know and I’ll do the same for you!
