I’m renting out a spare office room in my apartment for $600/month with a $1,200 down payment.

I’m looking for someone who is employed, reliable, easy to get along with, and cleans up after themselves. This is a calm household, so there is zero tolerance for drama or negative energy.

The apartment is located in a great area with plenty of transportation that can easily get you to Brooklyn, Manhattan, or the Bronx. There is also a brand new park right next to the apartment, which is great for relaxing or getting fresh air.

I work and five days a week from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (graveyard shift). When I’m home, I’m usually sleeping or out with friends, so the apartment is generally quiet.

I’m simply looking for a respectful and responsible roommate who appreciates a peaceful living situation.
