Graduate student at Fordham studying Ethics & Society. As a roommate I'm extremely considerate, clean and will communicate well with you. I'm looking for someone else who agrees that the home should be a sanctuary and is preferably also focused on their studies but not opposed to someone out of school and working. I won't have friends over often as my main focus will be my studies (completing a Masters in one year so it'll be all studying for me) and I'm looking for someone who will respect that as I will also respect your boundaries. Happy to have friends over when we agree to it though.

Otherwise, I'm very friendly. Love anything outdoors, fitness, watching movies with a glass of wine, enjoy cooking, freelance artist, play a little music. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Don't smoke myself but 4/20 friendly. Don't have pets and am not opposed to pets but I am slightly allergic to cats.
