About Me

Hey everyone! I'm currently a grad student with a 2-bedroom apartment in Long Island City, Queens. My current roommate will be moving out in June and I'm looking for someone to take over part of the lease! Some general info on the apartment: the rent is 1,235$/mo with heat and hot water included it's a 10minute walk to the M and R train and a 15minute walk to the N and W train. We have a TON of awesome restaurants nearby and a laundromat right around the corner from the building. The building is a walkup with the apartment on the 4rth floor. I can definitely give any additional information on anyone who is interested!

About myself:
I'm super chill and currently a student so I am very studious. I would prefer to live with another student only because I want to keep distractions at a minimum at the apartment. That being said, I'm not opposed to having guests over just as long as they are announced beforehand. I enjoy cooking and watching different TV shows (when I have the time lol). I'm hoping to find a roommate that's also chill, respectful, fun, clean and someone I could meal prep with! (pretty much to also save on grocery bills lol).

I’ve known Perla for the longest, and lived with her for 3 years in Jersey. She’s probably the cleanest person I’ve ever known. I’d offer to help her wash the dishes after she’d cook dinner and she wouldn’t let me. The most sweetest person; we grew very close and I’m going to miss my roomie so much. She loves to cook (GOOD FOOD), she spends a lot of her time studying, so you don’t have to worry about being disturbed, she’s reliable, and she’s very outgoing. And I think that’s exactly what you want in a roommate and I hate to see her go!
Former Roommate - May 2021

We think Perla would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
