I am a Los Angeles native moving to NYC for my Master's program at NYU. I am looking for a housing arrangement, whether it is sharing a room with a female roommate or having my own room in an apartment with other women. My budget is 800/month max as I will be a student probably working part-time somewhere.

I prefer all women living arrangements, POC if possible, in the Manhattan or Brooklyn area.
