Currently renting out 2 rooms in a house in Arvada. We are starting the lease in November & need roommates! It’s my girlfriend & myself & a lot of animals! Must be pet friendly, we have 3 dogs & 2 cats. Rent is $1050 a month plus utilities but if you help me with the dogs on occasion while I work I’ll shave your portion down drastically hah. We are super easy going, Colorado natives who like to hike & be home bodies. We don’t have to be best friends but we definitely have to get along. The house has two living rooms & a finished basement with a bar, pool table & etc, so there’s plenty of places to hang out.
