High-Rise Apartment --- Looking for a roommate!
This high-rise apartment is an amazing space. It is around 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms currently does not have a working shower, but you are totally welcome to use either of the two showers in the property. We are planning on getting the shower fixed eventually. The bedroom is a good size for city living, unfurnished with a brick accent wall and great natural light. The bedroom itself does not have a closet but there is a large walk-in closet with brand new built-ins that is open for use! The communal space is amazing with a very open living room and kitchen (with all appliances) as well as a large balcony that looks over the entire city. There is a dining room off of the living area with a second balcony as well. The building has a laundromat, pool, and gym, and everyone is super friendly. The location of this place couldn't be better as it is in the heart of downtown, and a short walk to almost anywhere. Union Station and the Theatre District are also an extremely close walk which gives you transportation throughout Denver and more.
