Hi there! I’m making the move from Detroit to New York this October, and am in search for a roommate, or two. I’d prefer to start a new year long lease, and move into an apartment that is unfurnished. My personal budget is $1,500-$2,000/mo.

A little about me :

I’m a 32 year old he/him.
I’ve worked in the service industry for 10 years in Detroit.
I’m a very tidy person, and like to keep a clean and organized apartment.
I’m a creative person : music mostly but I’m always up for learning new things.
Love to cook, and definitely don’t mind cooking for other people.
I like to be active and get out of the apartment often : parks, coffee shops, grabbing a bite to eat, wandering.

I’ve lived on my own in Detroit for a majority of the time and have quite a bit of furniture. Odds are if you don’t also work in the service industry, our schedules would be opposite, and we’d rarely see each other. I’m open to M or F roommates, as I’ve had both in the past.
