Great building in Ridgewood, less than two blocks from the M line and only three blocks to the L in Bushwick. Building features include secure entry, big roof deck with amazing views, washer/dryer and gym in basement, and friendly neighborly atmosphere. Our apartment is 3BR/1BA, all modern and updated with a really nice kitchen and bath, a/c, extra storage, and an open plan entertaining space with couch, big screen tv and gaming consoles. We also have a very cute 12yo cat, so cat-friendly is a must. 20-minute commute to the city, and the neighborhood has plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants/bars.

Room is available starting in July and is $925 per month, plus utilities (includes electric, gas, and internet: usually about $50-60 a month on average). The room is 9’x12’ with a closet, individual a/c wall unit, and all furniture will remain except for the mattress (subject to change). Bright room with natural light and the fire escape, overlooking backyard.

About us: Current roommates are two women in mid 20s. One roommate is a video engineer the other is attending culinary school. Looking for someone relaxed and a good communicator. While this is a laid back living situation we do take covid seriously and would like to live with someone who socially distances, wears a mask, etc. Please no couples, additional pets, or trump supporters.
