Hey! I'm Josef, but I usually go by Joe. I'm currently a student at BMCC and will be transferring into NYU for film/television. Besides school, I'm working part time as a server. I'm a great roommate, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. I'm not a clean-freak, but I do prioritize keeping my stuff clean/to my room and not messing up any common areas. Also, I'm a pretty good cook.
