I'm a 23 yr old freelance writer currently living in deep Brooklyn, hoping to live in a neighborhood more north or east, with a younger crowd. It can be something quiet but still near places to eat/shop. LGBTQ friendly.

My current lease expires Aug 31, so I need to move before then. I'm looking for friendly ppl to room with and I'm all about minimalistic lifestyle. I cook almost every meal (usually something quick, though!). I'm pretty independent and easy-going, might have guests over occasionally.

Open to a month-to-month or a lease, but I may need the option for a guarantor if it's a lease :)
