Hello. Need furnished room for rent.
I plan to move at the end of January to Burbank, prefer the 91504 zip code.
I work full time as Bookkeeper in a paving company. I can manage to pay $900 a month.
The place can be a house, condo or apartment, with kitchen privileges, preferably with laundry. I can share utilities and internet; do not need tv or cable.
I am a healthy and respectful and expect the same from the landlord and other tenants.
I like quiet neighborhoods; without noises in the middle of the early mornings.
