Hi there, my wife, dog and I (25 YO) are looking for some roommates to sign a lease and to take over 2 rooms and share 1 bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in highland park. Rent would be $825/month per 10x10 bedroom plus split utilities (gas, trash, water, electric, internet). 1 small parking spot in the garage is available/sharable, and there is plenty of safe street parking near the home. We have in unit washer and dryer, central AC/heating. Furnished home with kitchen supplies, bedrooms will be unfurnished.

There is a community pool that is just out front of our front door. Small backyard patio with a grill, and a small front balcony on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light and great views from the home. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very nice. It is also a few minutes walk from a couple different parks, grocery store, and Highland Park Bowl. Approximately a 10-20 minute drive to DTLA.
