I have a room available in my West LA apartment. It is perfect for anyone attending or working at UCLA(10 minutes away) but I’m open to anyone, male or female, who just wants to chill at home and relax. I have friends 18-70 so I can get along with anyone drama-free. I would prefer someone who is willing to stay through summer and open to staying after that.

Available Room for Rent
The apartment is not brand new or particularly big but I have lived here over 20 years so obviously it is all right with me. I think the best thing is the location as it is less than 30 minutes away from the beach, LAX and the Valley. There is one bathroom which I clean every week. There is a washer and dryer(so important!) in the complex and we would share a parking space.
