Hello! My name is Chenchen. I'm a working professional. I work remotely so most of the time I will be home during weekdays. However, I do travel a lot too so expect the house to be empty about 1/3 of the year.
I will be the only person living in the house. I have a cat. Occasionally I may have guests staying over in the 3rd bedroom, but they will not be using your bathroom or living space.

- Big backyard with a pool.
- 2 car garage.
- In unit washer and dryer.
- Close to McClintock & Guadalupe. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Fry's, Walgreens, and a lot of other amenities. Close to ASU.
- I (and my cat) will be the only other person living in the house, however I may occasionally have guests staying in the other spare bedroom.
- Earliest available date: 3/5/2023. I'm currently waiting for the current tenants to vacate the house so there won't be any showings available until at least end of Feb.
