AVAILABLE NOW! This is a 4 bed 3 bathroom home. I have a private room with a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom ( shared with one male 25 yr old male roommate) upstairs available for $900 and a small private bedroom with a private bath and entrance downstairs for $1100( private room and bath is no longer available, it’s been filled). We split utilities per person which typically comes to $150 to $250 each a month. There is a $600 nonrefundable deposit (due to people not following through). The rooms are unfurnished. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a pool in the back. Close to the 101, hwy 60, and Right Up the street from Arrowhead Mall. Conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and food options, and only 15mins from Westgate. Im looking for courteous, clean, honest, drama-free, fun, and responsible people who pay their bills and pay them on time if not early lol. If you feel this could be you don’t be afraid to reach out. I prefer female roommates but I am open to responsible males as well. A background check is required as well as previous roommate/rental references, to be sure that the home stays safe and none violent.

About the roomies
I am a drama free, single 33 yr nursing student at Glendale community college and NAU. I am pretty quiet, and clean and I generally get along with everyone. I like a family-oriented setting where we are all comfortable with one another, have movie nights, and hang out from time to time but I can keep to myself. I am looking for people that are looking for a safe clean and drama-free place to call home. I am looking for long-term roommates, ideally for the next 2 years while I finish my nursing program, but that is not a must we can see how things go. As I’ve mentioned I am easy to get along with, and so is the new roomies, a 25yr old male, a couple(71 yr old male, a 68yr old female) and a 33yr old female(me). Sorry no more couples, pets or children, haven’t had the best experience in those situations. I like to interact from time to time, even occasionally cooking for the house. If that is not your thing it is fine.
