I do have a cat that is litter box trained and does spend time in the backyard during the spring and fall months but is not annoying. Myself and my male roommate are social drinkers and are looking for a responsible, respectful, and hopefully long-term roommate. Utilities are included but everyone is responsible for their own food (including laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.).

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a nice pool in the backyard that is definitely great during the summer months and is available September 3rd. There is also a full size washer and dryer that is available for use to all occupants in the house. The room is approximately 10 x 10, so it’s not a large room, but it IS furnished with a queen sized bed, 50“ television, and a dresser. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to Arrowhead and Westgate.
