Hi! Me and another girl are searching for 1 more female to split a 12 month lease on a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house near Thunderbird Rd & Tatum Blvd starting ASAP! We were one step away from getting the keys and signing the lease but suddenly our 3 person had to back out.
Looking for a female who is similar age range, who does not smoke of any kind as I am sensitive to the smell, not a hard partier, and no pets because we already have 2 small-medium dogs and 1 bird.

$2,600/month. 1,400 sqft. 3 bed/2 bath house.
Flooring, kitchen, and bathroom counters have all been upgraded.
Washer & dryer in unit
All bedrooms are carpeted and have walk in closets (ceiling fans/lights in progress).
Large backyard with a fenced pool.
Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to lots of shopping & restaurants.

For start up fees:
$38 for credit, background, and rental history check
$865 security deposit
$100 admin fee

Monthly:
$840 rent
$75 roughly for electricity
$25 roughly for internet

We do have furniture for all the main living areas, but if you have your own we can always mix & match.
Your bedroom would not be furnished, but I have a spare twin bed and frame I'd be willing to sell.
