his apartment is a 4th floor walk -up on the corner of 1st Avenue and 116th Street in East Harlem.
The entire apartment is furnished, apart from the bedroom on offer, so you'd need to bring your own furniture.
It's a spacious pre-war building with lovely exposed brick.
There is a laundry (washing machine and dryer) in the apartment, which is very convenient.
ACs are provided and installed/removed every year. And the internal heating in the apartment works great.
The apartment is two blocks from the East River Plaza (Target, Marshall's, Costco, Planet Fitness and the M15 uptown SBS and crosstown M116 stop on our corner. The 6 train is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The soon-to-be vacant room is the front, facing out toward 1st Ave. It is separated from the rest of the apartment by frosted, sliding doors so it's very private.
There is a cat in the apartment who is very sweet and keeps to herself.
