I’ve lived in NYC since 2015. I work full time as a merchandising manger. For the most part I work a 9-6 schedule (work most weekends), then at the gym before or after work, & then home for dinner.

I'm very active and like to enjoy the city, spend time seeing friends, going to a fitness class, trying new restaurants, etc. Someone like-minded would be ideal. I have a lot of friends in the city I meet up with (mostly on the weekends though) but we all go our separate ways and don’t hang out at one another’s apartments much or at all.

I am very clean and organized. I always clean up after myself and take the initiative to do whatever needs to be done around the apartment (trash, filling the water filter etc). I am a very considerate roommate and am looking for the same consideration.

I enjoy forming friendships with my roommate(s) and occasionally doing things together but also respect their space and alone time. I don’t mind guest as long as a heads up is given! I’m a non smoker and prefer a non smoking home (of any kind, please).

Long term. I am looking for someone friendly, considerate, & clean with the ability to communicate well.
