Hi everyone! My name is Prianca, I'm 30 years old, and looking for a female roommate to fill an unfurnished 1 bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in prime Greenpoint! This would be a lease takeover till the end of August.

I work at a school in Crown Heights Monday-Friday and out of the house by 7am. Looking for a roommate that is cat friendly and doesn't mind having guests over occasionally :).

The apartment is near the Greenpoint G train, the B44, B32 and B62 are walking distance from the apartment.

Utilities: Wifi is $20 a month, ConED: can range from $50-100 per person. Cleaning lady: Comes 1x a month and thats $50 per person. First month and 1 month deposit required to move in with proof of identity and employment.

Building Features: 3rd floor walk-up, Central air, Dishwasher. Access to building next door's amenities: Gym, Laundry room, Furnished Rooftop
