Hi! My name is Joaquin. I recently relocated to Chicago for work and am currently staying with my best friend while I look for my own space closer to my job to shorten my daily commute.

I work full-time in the biotech/pharmaceutical field, so my schedule is structured and consistent. I’m a responsible, clean, and respectful roommate who values a calm, well-maintained living environment. Outside of work, I stay active (regular gym-goer), enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring the city, and I tend to keep a pretty balanced routine during the week.

I’m financially stable, quiet, and communicative, and I treat shared spaces with care. I’m looking for a comfortable room in a safe, welcoming home where everyone respects each other’s space. Ideally, I’m hoping for a longer-term arrangement rather than something short or temporary.
