I'm looking for a roommate to release the second bedroom w/ private bath in a luxury 2x2 apartment on the 30th floor at NEMA Chicago ASAP! It’s a corner unit with a perfect view Grant Park and Lake Michigan, with open space and sunlight right next to the Orange/Green/Red lines, and Trader Joe’s, Jewel Osco, and lots of great places. The apartment is fully furnished and the building has many amenities (huge private gym). The lease starts March 1 2026 (Feb 15 - Mar 15 move-in) and ends Feb 28 2027 (12 months).
The room is available for ~2500/month + $105/month utilities (below market price for release)!
