I’m a CPA seeking a room or roommate with a move-in date around April 25. A private bathroom is important, and I’m hoping to stay within about 30 minutes of downtown Chicago, preferably near the Red Line, Brown Line, or the southbound #146 bus (other convenient transit options to the Loop are fine).

My budget target is under $1,500, with some flexibility if needed. I work downtown and occasionally from home.

I have a small, hypoallergenic, housebroken dog who is generally well behaved (but can be selective with other dogs). I keep a clean, quiet, and respectful home, don’t smoke, rarely drink, and stay active.

I’m looking for a reliable, non-smoking roommate who pays bills on time and is reasonably quiet after 10pm on weeknights. I have some furniture I can bring, though I’m open to storing items if needed.
