32 y/o cardiac surgery PA looking for a cat-friendly roommate. Budget is around $3k-$3500 per person per mo but flexible. Looking for a non-smoking LGBT friendly roommate who will be kind to my 2 adult cats. Preference would be for West Village/Chelsea or Nolita area, but open to other neighborhoods if it felt like a good fit. Ideal move in would be over the summer. I'm fairly tidy and work quite a bit. I love trying new restaurants, seeing live music, biking, and animals.
