I’m a 31-year-old single guy looking for a roommate to share a 2-bed / 2-bath in Williamsburg or Greenpoint. I work in real estate and am moving back to NYC to open an office. I usually work long hours (10–12 hours/day), so home is a place to unwind and keep things organized.

I’m clean, responsible, and easy to live with. Ideally, I’d like to split a place that offers more space and a better building than a studio. I prefer Williamsburg for the younger professional vibe and strong housing quality for the price.
