This apartment is on the second floor of a small six floor building on the upper east side just off Park Avenue. Each floor only has two apartments so it is very quiet. The floor is accessible via elevator or one flight of stairs. It is a quiet, family feel community, and members are friendly and respectful of each other and the building.

The apartment is approx 1400 square feet and has a large living space with big windows facing the street with leafy views during summer/spring, a separate dining area that can seat 10, separate kitchen separated by a butlers door and long hallway toward the back of the apartment where there are three bedrooms. This layout gives a nice separation from the living area. The room available is fully set up with queen bed, desk, drawers and closet space with a full bathroom/shower just outside on the hall. Ceiling fan. Window unit AC in the summer and forced heat in the winter. It is on the very back of the building so very quiet.
