Cassidy G - $1,450/month

I've lived in NYC since 2014 (graduated from NYU in 2018) and left this past February because of the pandemic. Now I'm looking to move back in September because my office is opening up again in October. I'll be working from home two days a week, so I will need enough room to set up my desk. I am also a comedy writer (formerly at UCB) so I work a lot during the week and go to comedy shows on the weekends. I don't usually have many people over and am very clean! I have some furniture in storage (couch, coffee table, kitchen table & chairs, tv stand) but am planning to get rid of anything that won't fit or isn't needed.
