Sofia B - $1,600/month

hi there! I'm looking to move into an apartment with female roommate/s around earlyDec 2024. . A little bit about myself--I'm 26, Filipina, and currently work in book publishing. I work hybrid (2/3 days in person) at our office in fidi, so an apartment location with a commute no longer than 40 mins would be optimal, and my budget would be rent costs of no more than $1600 (including utilities). Some specific neighborhoods I have in mind are Bed-Stuy, Flatbush, & some areas in midtown, but I am open to looking into other neighborhoods that meet the budget and commute distance criteria. Growing up in an Asian household, I'm used to keeping my space and common areas tidy and value my peace and quiet, as well as respecting others' personal space. I do also have fish & seafood in general as some of my favorite sources of protein so just want to put that out there in case the smell would pose an issue. I do enjoy exercising (swimming is my go to) as well as going out on weekends but on weekdays I usually am focused on work. I also value my alone time for me to watch read/movies/have a chill night in.
