Seeking Roommate for Lease Starting August 15th

Hi All!
I am looking for a roommate (lease starts August 15th) in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in Spring Garden. The apartment is lovely, with high ceilings and lots of light! Rent is $958 with water included. The apartment is pet friendly (monthly fee $50), and I love dogs so pets would definitely be welcome. LGBTQIA+ friendly space, comes with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, air/heating, and door code.
Preference giving to nonsmoking roommates, as the smell gives me headaches. I generally am a clean and more quiet roommate and would love to befriend my future roommates!
A little about me, I’m a graduate student in psychology at Drexel, and love reading and baking. The other roommate coming in is an incoming graduate student at Temple, and loves cooking and has an adorable dog.
The bedroom up for grabs also has its own bathroom and closet, and the apartment is in an amazing location close to the art museum, the penitentiary, and target/whole foods.
