Heyyyy looking for awesome queer roommates w/ clear communication skills! My name is Em (they/them) and I’m moving from Northern California, though I’m originally from LA. I’m pretty organized especially with communal spaces, but definitely not anal about that shit, though I respect those who are for sure. I’m a singer-songwriter so I will be writing songs, but rarely if I ever do so when others are home (and would check in about noise if I need to record or something!) I also range from being a biiit of a night owl, which for me is going to sleep at the latest around 2:30 lmao if I don’t have work in the morning, and that would probably be because I had watched TV (with my headphones in) for an hour or two. Usually go to sleep anywhere between 11 & 1 , but will try to sleep by 10 or 10:30 if I have to wake up early for work. Oh also I am a deep sleeper if you are a real night owl. And lastly I’m a Gemini lol w mainly water and air placements. Do w that what u will <3 AND My profile says my budget is $1300 but closer to $1000 would be ideal.
