We are searing for someone who is clean , can pay the rent on time , has a full time job or is a student. Females or males are welcome. We prefer someone who is neat and easy to get along with.

Commute : Close to the # 1 train ( one block away ) and to the B and C train ( 2 block away), 5 min walk from Columbia University.
